Customer reactions homeopathy and more for animals

Fire

After a wonderful but slightly too long forest ride, I noticed something strange about my horse's walk-out trot.

A hupje. Disembarked and travelled the last kilometer on foot. He often had it when we made a long drive and after a day of grazing there was nothing to worry about. This time it was different, after a few days he walked at a trot with a hup. Veterinarian couldn't find anything, neither could osteopath and the chiropractor was to no avail. A change of stable that allowed him to move nicely and more in the winter changed a lot, but it still gnawed at why he sometimes did not walk cleanly.
Martine, classical homeopath for humans and animals and movement specialist, gave me the advice to have an osteopath come again and to provide a good aftercare in combination with homeopathy and a training program to let the muscles and joints recover and support.

Martine is able to give complete advice. In this case in collaboration with an osteopath, who in the case of my horse only needed treatment to straighten a hip. Martine recommended a homeopathic trajectory and a training program. In addition, she regularly massaged my horse. All this in consultation with the osteopath.

Now, 3 months later, again teaching with an instructor recommended by Martine. My horse's movements are smoother than ever. The homeopathic process has been completed for a while, occasionally Martine provides a preventive massage. Of course we have already been back into the forest and my horse and I enjoyed it very much.

The way in which Martine forms a team with other expertise and possibly consults with other specialists, her advice and explanation why she prescribes certain things, is the treatment that every horse deserves.

I recommend everyone to go a little further than a one-time treatment by a veterinarian or chiropractor/osteopath etc. The way after that, it turns out, is even more important to ensure that you continue on the right path. My thanks are great for what Martine has done to help us. We can enjoy driving again!

Oh yes, and do you think that advice from Martine and aftercare is expensive because of her? I can tell from experience that having another specialist come a number of times is more expensive and may not give the result that Martine can achieve with your horse or other animal!

Working preventively and ensuring that your horse does not get injured seems to me to be better for horse and rider.

Customer response homeopathic guidance, massage and groundwork of three Frisian horses

Finally after a long time, today ff sat on this Whopper again! Fortunately, she is heading in the right direction again. She looked like a 4 year old, as fresh as a hat. Now slowly pick up again and then hope that we can start again in the spring. Thanks to Martine, who helped me by lunging in a different way with an injury and riding after an injury.

I hope to do this again soon, fortunately we are on the right track. My darling was very bothered by her muscles in her shoulder. Martine has helped me and my topper well with the treatments she has used. My horse is already less bothered by it than before, but wait a while before sitting on it. Learned a lot with working from the ground by Martine, several people should do it!! You really see more than you think… Would like to put Martine in the spotlight again and thank her for everything so far and what is to come! Toppertje!

Another day has passed that can be in the booklet! Today we were able to do a lesson again and also practiced a test. We now have 1.5 weeks and then??? It's going to happen! On Saturday my whopper will get a massage from Martine. We were all more than satisfied today, it seems like she is in her 2nd childhood!!

How happy I am with Martine! 1 of my horses did not run well with the lesson of the week, I already had a bit of the feeling, but could not quite indicate where it came from. Immediately made an appointment to have her massaged. She really liked it, but when you got to the places where she was bothered she didn't like it at first, but later she did. After the treatment we immediately saw results in her movement! I'm really so happy with it. Take it easy in the next few days and then see in the second half of next week if it has still worked. So I can advise anyone who owns a horse to have him or her treated by her.

Pony Ginger

Our 23-year-old pony Ginger was rejected as a riding pony 8 years ago due to tendon problems.  Prognosis after a visit to the University Clinic in Utrecht was that she might be able to live a good life as a meadow pony for another 2 years, but the prospects with regard to her tendons were not exactly rosy.

We decided to put her in a place where she had a walk-in stable and could be outside 24/7. With the help of homeopathy she has recovered enormously and has been free of tendon problems for more than 7 years. Until a few weeks ago she didn't walk very well in the front right and was suddenly crippled after 2 weeks.

The veterinarian called in again diagnosed a tendon problem and prescribed a pijstiller/anti-inflammatory. After 1 1/2 weeks there was hardly any improvement.

I then asked Martine for help. She took stock of the problems and gave appropriate homeopathic advice for Ginger. After a week, she walked a lot better. Until shortly after, she suddenly walked very lame at left back.

It was suspected that it could have something to do with waste products that her body could not properly dispose of. After the use of a homeopathic remedy, the body showed what was really going on. A hoof ulcer was the problem and it came out. It made its way out and that immediately brought relief. More than a week later, Ginger was completely himself again.

Her body at an age remains a point of attention. To keep her in the best possible condition, she now gets a handful of Superfit Horse through her feed for the necessary vitamins and minerals.

During this period I had daily contact with Martine. Her involvement and clear explanations were extra motivating to give the sometimes intensive care. Also on behalf of Ginger: thank you Martine!

Pony Sweden

Customer response Emelie Änges Sweden.

We are very pleased that we got the help from Martine and her homeopathy. A student of mine in Sweden is having a new forest pony who was not workable in the arena.

He was not behaving well, he stopped and turned and had a negative spirit. Martine gave a homeopathic advice and a training schedule that the owner and her daughter have been following with lots of success.

After consulting together with Martine during this period he is now happy again and positive in his acting during the training. Now the owner and daughter can again do good in the arena in both jumping and dressage combined with riding in the woods and nice walks outside as the training schedule says.

Homeopathic guidance Quita, dog

On February 29, 2016 we had to say goodbye to one of our dachshunds: Xammy of 16.5 years old. His kidneys had failed, it turned out friday evening, February 26, after blood tests. The weekend before his death, Quita very often sought out Xammy to lie with him.

Our own veterinarian (Gepco van Bokhorst of ABC voor Dieren) has come home and Xammy has fallen asleep very quietly and peacefully. We have involved Quita, just 9 at the time, in everything. She also accompanied Xammy to the crematorium. At first, Quita didn't seem to suffer from her buddy dropping out. She seemed to like all the attention for her.

But along the way we saw her change. From a cheerful dachshund to a frightened dachshund. Everything was scary to Quita. We tried everything: Bach flower, a stone against bereavement and well-intentioned tips from many people, but unfortunately it was to no avail.

For example, we rumbled for a while until Quita went to Gepco (our veterinarian) for its "MOT inspection" on June 29. We said that we felt that Quita was very sad and also very anxious. She no longer dared to walk along the waterfront, preferring to walk in the middle of the bike path, falling out/barking at other dogs and always cowering and her tail between her paws, she had also become the shadow of the female. Gepco gave the name of Martine du Floo.

Searched the internet for her phone number at home, called her and left voicemail. That same afternoon she called back and had a very pleasant conversation with her. The next Tuesday evening, Martine would come and observe for an hour. That became more than 2.

It turned out that our sweet, old, blind, deaf and demented Xammy was the leader of the pack. Quita didn't know what to do now. She has advised us both regarding possible homeopathic remedies and advice in behavior.

Martine's guidance and aftercare are SUPER!! She's so quiet. She knows what she's talking about, really knows a lot about it, and feels good about both Quita and us. Thank you so much!!

Greetings from the Voorburgjes and a thick leg from Quita

Homeopathic guidance Ringo

Our Ringo, King's Poodle, had been car sick since we picked him up from his litter. In addition, he suffered from a few other things.

Martine visited us for homeopathic advice and to observe Ringo in his own environment and advised him a suitable homeopathic remedy. During the consultation, his entire timeline was discussed.

After using the advised homeopathic remedy, we noticed change. Not necessarily improvement in the beginning. But after a week, yes.

Martine stayed in touch with us and after a few telephone consultations she adjusted the drug and gave some advice regarding the circumstances.

Now Ringo is significantly less sick in the car! He is cheerful, in good contact with us and is comfortable in his own skin. We are happy that we can now also go out with him by car without him getting so sick!

Martine's way of working is personal and involved. We are happy with her.

Punky

For 10 years our Jack Russel Punky (11yrs) broke his front paws. He licked his paws incessantly to the point of bleeding and his bones could already be seen. This had already become a habit and we had a hard head that would improve this. Hideous wounds had already developed.

Years of treatments followed, countless medications, injections, ointments, tapping paws, etc. were to no avail. No improvement occurred. In desperation, we gave up hope of recovery.

Until we came into contact with Martine du Floo.

After a thorough intake interview and extensive observation, Martine gave homeopathic advice and guided us in adjusting Punky's circumstances, which would improve his behavior, which also showed aggression.

After a few weeks we saw to our great joy that the wounds of Punky's paws became smaller and smaller and have now closed. We can't believe our luck.

In consultation with Martine, we were also able to phase out the regular medication Clomicalm, an antidepressant. She asked for advice from veterinarian Gepco van Bokhorst of the ABC clinic Amersfoort. It's great that such a dialogue is possible.

Healing, which seemed unexpected, became a reality!

Martine is a lifestyle coach/homeopath for people and animals and does her work with a lot of passion and enthusiasm "versatility is her strength".

I am a very grateful person for what she has been able to do for Punky. It is now such a cheerful and happy dog.

On behalf of Punky and myself, thank you very much Martine.

Customer response Bernadette Koot and Reza

Experience homeopathic treatment/support by Martine du Floo. The story of Reza by Bernadette Koot.

'It's about the treatment of my 20-year-old fungus mare Reza. I will describe her story."

Reza had her own herd until March 2021. She has lived together for 16 years with a 19 year old Icelander and a 17 year old KWPN mare. To great sadness we had to put her 2 buddies to sleep in a period of 2 months.

When losing her 2nd buddy, the stops hit her. Despite being able to physically say goodbye, she has been roaring for 15 hours and galloping in panic. As a result, she literally broke her hooves, and the image of a mechanical laminitis has arisen.

After the 15 hours of panic we found a buddy for Reza who came to keep her company so that we could see if this was a good alternative for her.

At that moment Martine came into the picture with us and she supported us in the process with Reza.

Reza is a highly sensitive horse, feels everything and also sucks everything up. Is a teacher and has helped many people and also animals with processing pain and sadness. Now she has ended up in a huge grieving process. At first she came to rest because there was a buddy with her, but very soon we felt that this horse also carried a bucket of misery with it and was completely closed off and very far away from her own strength. We didn't realize that this was a strong change on Reza. Reza closed himself off completely; walking went very badly, and she showed very strange neurological symptoms. She couldn't get out of her stable and just stood in the corner and at one point lay down and almost couldn't get up. I had to actively help her get on her feet, even at night I got out of bed to help her get up.

We have used homeopathic remedies on the advice of Martine.

Since we are also highly sensitive ourselves, we all participated in the treatment.

Reza herself, through her behavior, indicated at what time was important. I only had to hold a bottle in front of her nose and saw from her reaction, consisting of biting, or wanting to smell it and chose which remedy was important to her.

I tested the means that Martine advised for Reza by means of commuting but especially by empathizing and looking at the behavior.

We went through one very intense process, not only Reza but our entire system.

At a certain point it was important that I also received a treatment through homeopathy. So I actually walked up with Reza.

The vet was not positive about the situation with Reza and reported that euthanasia was the only solution. We put this idea aside. We did have blood tested, where the blood pricking was a drama in itself, because Reza did not tolerate the vet in her environment despite her vulnerable situation.

Her blood results were those of a young horse, only the PPID was a bit on the high side, but still just within the boundary of the toelaatbare.de vet suggested medication. We did not do this and started a treatment through homeopathy. I had bad experiences with the same medication with our Icelander and I did not want that for Reza under any circumstances.

Then the next challenge began. The horse we had as company for Reza, could no longer be ridden due to osteoarthritis and the owner had "a horse to ride". She put this horse to sleep.

That meant that Reza was left alone again. We didn't want another horse now, because we wanted to see if anything would change at Reza.

Reza's energy calmed down and she began to come out of her shell. In addition to homeopathy, we have also given many healings, lymphatic drainage and a lot of love. She recovered and began to come out and graze in the country again. She was given homeopathic remedies and traditional pain relief.

After a month we wondered if we were still doing her a favor with all the treatments, because we did not get her pain-free. We came to a time when we might have to make the choice to put her to sleep as well. This choice was dramatic and caused so much sadness, but I could no longer handle the sadness and pain with Reza.

So made an appointment with the vet. I felt an hour in advance that something was changing at Reza and the arrival of the vet was the icing on the cake. I got to see a primal force of Reza that I did not think possible.scaffolding, turning stairs, just think of it. The vet didn't come close and only confirmed what he had thought about Reza before, namely.dat she was a troublesome horse.

Immediately after the power explosion, we were like "we're not going to do this".

The vet wanted to come back the next day, but we didn't. We didn't want this energy in our neighborhood anymore. How grateful I was that Reza was still there.

From this moment on, we have all made strides.

Reza has found her way back to her own healing ability. She sleeps outside again at night, as she always did, is back in the world, has interest in the horses in adjacent meadows again, is in contact again, walks better again, sometimes gallops.

She still has a low maintenance dose of pain relief and the homeopathic remedies, but for the rest she has to do it herself. We create peace, security and give her attention.

Whether or not another horse will be added, only time will tell, but for now we will stick to our own system. She is in our neighborhood a lot, walks in the garden, is not yet in the kitchen but that does not make much difference.

Minky the monkey

Wonderful how homeopathy works.

I was asked to give homeopathic advice for a monkey that had lost its tail. The monkey only sat on the ground after losing the tail.

Sad, didn't eat and drink anymore and of course couldn't climb properly anymore.

After using a homeopathic remedy, Minky became happier again, 'accepted' the fact that the tail was no longer there and found out that it could move well in other ways and got 'pleasure' in life again.

Happy with my profession. Meet Minky

Cranio sacral treatment Norah

What a nice review. Grateful that the craniosacral treatment helped Norah so well.

Thank you Lindsey Blom and Norah for your trust.

Lindsey: December 2022 I contacted Martine. A photoreading showed that my 2 year old tinker mare, probably after hanging on a rope, was very stuck in her jaws, hyoid bone, forehead and atlas.

This manifested itself in a tongue that came out almost continuously and was gnawed on a lot.

2 days later Martine was already on the doorstep for a craniosacral treatment.

Her sweet, calm and relaxed look was very nice for both Norah and me.

Through her patience, she was able to treat Norah, who was wobbling a lot, well and Norah even managed to really relax.

The result after 1 treatment was special.

After consultation with Martine we gave Norah a 2nd treatment.

Even then, Norah could hardly surrender, but thanks to Martine's relaxed energy, she managed to finish the treatment again.

The result after 2 treatments is that I really have a completely different pony. Norah goes along with the flow of the group, dares to stand up for herself and we still see that tongue sporadically.

I am really happy that I let Martine come and I can recommend her to everyone.

Thought homeopaths without Borders (HzG)

Homeopathic remedies "on the move"

Had a nice assignment for the organization Homeopaths without Borders (HzG).

It's familiar…. Exercise is essential for the well-being of the body, but more importantly it is that it has been a form of communication for centuries and even longer.

This form of communication is extremely important, especially if the language is not always sufficient to indicate what is meant.

The organization HzG is a foundation that wants to contribute to the fact that healthcare is within the reach of as many people as possible. That's why HzG trains doctors, therapists, nurses and community health workers in countries where healthcare is scarce.

As part of their small-scale projects in Brazil and India, the trainers often encounter population groups that do not always speak the language of the trainers.

To clarify the characteristics of the homeopathic remedies, HzG wants to present the remedies "in motion" to students.

As the initiator of this project, I was allowed to present this workshop together with Btissamea Amadour (fellow choreographer modern dance and movement specialist).

During this workshop, the characteristics of a number of homeopathic remedies were converted into movement.

Characteristics of homeopathic remedies are partly decisive for the choice of a correct remedy appropriate to the condition so that it can contribute to recovery.

The assignment was before the Corona period.

Lecture InHolland Delft University of Applied Sciences

Target group: last year students and teachers of animal care

Subject: the use of homeopathy in animals

Nice group and nice teachers

Cato

Our English mastiff Cato had been struggling with an inflamed ear for 10 months, we think it was because of the move and the associated stress.

Since we were already 10 months under treatment of the vet. A specialist centre where she sprayed out her ears several times, had several courses of antibiotics and different ear ointments, it did not go away and she was not comfortable in her own skin.

She was very timid, I no longer had a good feeling about it and so I continued to search. Then I came to Martine. He has been on a home visit and has advised the pulsatilla C30. A homeopathic remedy to bring her a little more in balance and to let her relax.

And it works. Now half a year later, in consultation with Martine, we were able to start phasing out.

First if we did not give it for 2 days we noticed a real difference and she became restless again, now we can already do without it for 6 days!

She is a happy dog again despite the fact that her ear remains a weak spot and absolutely still regularly have it checked by the vet. but she's doing much better.

Thanks for all the good care Martine!

Cat Plume

Plume 6 January 2023
Plume 10 March 2023
Plume 10 March 2023

Since Martine helped and guided our cat Pluim, she is noticeably doing better. According to Sonja, owner of Pluim.

Sonja: 'the great thing about homeopathy in animals is that the results cannot be based on suggestion'.

After a thorough intake at our home by Martine, she asked if a regular process had been started and advised to at least consider it. But Pluim is very anxious because of her background and we wanted to keep that in mind but first experience what homeopathy could do for Pluim.

A first means was used. After that, we regularly tested what the progress was and whether adjustments were needed.

Martine's guidance is particularly good. Her involvement, knowledge, experience and genuine sympathy for animals mean that both the animal and the owner immediately know themselves in good hands.

Our cat Pluim was severely traumatized but still felt comfortable with Martine.

Because Pluim is already 16 years old and she was very thirsty and peed a lot, we wanted to consult a good homeopath.

From the beginning, Pluim reacted positively sensitively to the homeopathic remedy and due to the interim adjustment, she now has a normal thirst and does normal peeing. She clearly feels more comfortable with it.

As additional "side effects," Pluim has gained more confidence in people, is more relaxed, and even the incipient cataracts in her left eye have healed.

We are very happy that we have found such a reliable special and versatile homeopath in Martine. You will really be guided to better health and greater well-being of your animal.

After a week, she walked a lot better. Until shortly after, she suddenly walked very lame at left back. It was suspected that it could have something to do with waste products that her body could not properly dispose of.

After using a third homeopathic remedy, a hoof ulcer appeared to have caused the problem. And that was also the cause for the previous symptoms. This hoof ulcer had now made its way out and that brought immediate relief.

More than a week later, Ginger was completely himself again. Her body at an age remains a point of attention. Especially in the period of spring when the young grass is regularly an attack on her body.

During the period in which Ginger felt uncomfortable, I had daily contact with Martine. Her involvement and clear explanations were extra motivating to give the, sometimes intensive, care. Also on behalf of Ginger: thank you Martine!

Vivaldi

Grateful for Vivaldi's ability to recover.

How beautiful is cooperation. The great daily care and appropriate movement and dose of love from rider and riding instructor with a lot of knowledge of what a horse can and cannot do, Mike van der Kwast.

And the support with homeopathic advice and craniosacral therapy by Martine.
